In general, assembler demos have no code size limit and produce
full listing, link map and symbol files, but no hex file output
is generated. (the exception is the AVR assembler demo, which
generates up to 1.5K words in the Extended Intel Hex output
file) Also, they are not time limited.
Most C compiler demos have limits on the amount of assembly
code that can be produced by the code generator and produce
a encrypted hex files for use with the integrated Windows simulator
debugger.
