Start debugging before your target hardware is ready. Since
1985, the Big Bang Simulator has provided programmers wiht a
powerful and cost-effective tool for debugging 68010 and 68020
programs.
Complete Access
The simulator is a complete debugging tool, providing access
to registers, flags, and memory which may be examined, modified,
and disassembled. Memory may also be saved on disk.
Compatible with AVA-68K Assembler
The simulator accepts Motorola S-records and binary files. Use
the Big Bang simulator to to symbolic debugging with the AVA-68K
Assembler. All instructions, addressing modes, and condition
codes are supported. Programs and data may reside anywhere within
the 68020's address range. Support is provided for hardware
interrupts and terminal I/O.
Easy to Return to the Problem Area
Program execution is controlled by using fast mode, single step,
or breakpoints. DUring single step, the current instruction,
next instruction, and register contents are displayed. Simulator
commands may be stored on disk for automatic execution. This
feature makes it a simple task to return to a problem area in
your code.
