Host
Requirements
Any IBM-compatible computer, including most laptops, running
DOS 3.0 or higher, with at least one floppy disk (1.2 or 1.44
Mbytes), 640K of RAM, one parallel printer port and at least
2Mbytes of available disk space. (A 286 or higher processor
is recommended)

If you don't see yours listed here, contact us and ask if we
support it. Assembly level debugging is always provided, regardless
of the compiler used.

for Intel Hex and Motorola S-records. With simple symbol
table conversion can also provide symbolic debugging.
IDS/LC
Software
The IDS/LC comes with all the software you need for program
development and testing except for compiler (or assembler and
linker). It includes an editor, debugger, interface to your
compiler and target system control software.
Hardware
The IDS/LC includes one Target Interface Unit with 128k bytes
of program storage (emulated PROM), one demo target board (8051,
and Z80/180 units), all communication cables and adapters to
connect the TIU to the target microprocessor and the host PC
printer port, one 28-pin PROM plug and one UL approved wall-mounted
power module.
Documentation
In addition to an extensive on-line Help system with context
sensitive help screens, we provide a complete 200 page User's
Manual that provides step-by-step instructions for installation
and operation.
Warranty
6 month limited warranty, parts and labor, for registered users,
with option to purchase extended warranty (additional 12 months).
